Many customers like to know about the company and people behind the products and services they buy.
Here's our story . . .

Our Company History

Precision Metal Forming, LLC was established in 1982, founded by Bill and Wanda Clark.  The business was started in the Clark's 24 x 24 garage. The next year they added another 30 x 40 building and purchased a new wire straightener.  A press brake was added in 1986.

With the business expanding and not having the necessary storage space, the business was relocated in 1990 to 7000 S. Bryant moving into a 7200 square foot building.  Five years later they purchased approximately 2 acres of property next to them on Bryant Avenue.  Here they built their first building measuring 100 x 120 square foot and took up occupancy in 1996.  That same year the company was incorporated.

Over the next three years they made several purchases of equipment which included an Aim Wire Bending Machine and another press brake.  Then in 1999 a second building, 100 x 120 was built for a powder coating line.
